What is this all about?
I have been looking at various different websites for years and have dreamt of buying a variety of different vehicles, mainly supercars. Whenever I built up the courage after finding the ‘right’ car I would do the inevitable costings of purchasing the car, this costing was mainly how to fund the car. I would then get sensible and think ‘no’, maybe next year.
Through every search I have looked at/for the cost of maintaining the vehicle and I was never able to find a ‘warts and all’ example of how much ownership would actually cost me.
Supercar after supercar have adorned the walls of my bedroom as a teenager, accompanied by Erika Eleniak and Caprice, now I have finally taken the plunge and bought one.
It is a McLaren 12C Spider.
